This Refund Policy explains the basis on which Yasrion Technology LLP handles cancellations and refunds for the engineering and consulting services offered through our website at https://yasrion.com and under our engagements. Because our work is project-based and delivered by skilled engineers, refunds are governed by the stage of work completed and by the terms agreed in your specific proposal or work order. We aim to be fair, transparent and reasonable in every case.
Yasrion Technology LLP provides professional, customised engineering services — including protection and automation system design, substation automation, IEC 61850 engineering, SCADA integration, PLC programming, RTU and HMI configuration, relay and electrical testing, commissioning, power system studies and maintenance. These are not standard off-the-shelf products. Each engagement involves dedicated engineering time, planning, software configuration, travel and the use of specialised resources, much of which is committed as soon as a project begins.
Many engagements require an advance payment or mobilisation fee to reserve engineering capacity, schedule site visits, procure licences or begin design work. Advance payments allow us to allocate resources to your project and are applied against the total project value. Where work, planning or procurement has already commenced against an advance, that portion is non-refundable to the extent of the resources committed.
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
The following are generally non-refundable: work already performed or in progress, including design, engineering and configuration time; third-party costs already incurred on your behalf, such as software licences, equipment, travel and accommodation; mobilisation and site-visit costs once scheduled or undertaken; and completed milestones that have been delivered and accepted. Where a project is cancelled midway, you remain responsible for the value of work properly performed and costs committed up to the cancellation date.
To request a refund, please email yasriontechnology@gmail.com with your project or invoice reference, the date and amount of payment, and the reason for the request. We may ask for supporting information to assess the request fairly. All refund requests are reviewed against the terms of your specific proposal or work order and this policy.
Once a refund is approved, we will process it within a reasonable period — typically within fifteen (15) business days — using the original payment method where practicable. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider. Any applicable transaction or administrative charges will be communicated before the refund is processed.
Either party may cancel an engagement in accordance with the applicable agreement. If we cancel for reasons within our control and cannot provide an agreed alternative, we will refund amounts paid for undelivered work. If you cancel, refunds will follow the eligibility and non-refundable provisions described above. Cancellation does not relieve either party of obligations accrued before the cancellation date.
If you are not satisfied with a refund decision, we encourage you to contact us so we can discuss the matter and seek a fair resolution. We are committed to resolving concerns amicably and promptly. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by discussion will be handled in accordance with the dispute-resolution and governing-law provisions of our Terms & Conditions.
